Ben and Jerry’s French Vanilla Ice Cream

This recipe is from Ben and Jerry’s Homemade Ice Cream and Dessert book. From Copykat.com
2  large eggs  
3/4  cup sugar  
2  cups whipping cream  
1  cup milk  
2  teaspoons vanilla extract  

1 Quart Change size or US/metric
Change to:  Quart US Metric
  
3 minutes 3 mins prep

1) Whisk the eggs in a mixing bowl until light and fluffy, 1 to 2 minutes.

2) Whisk in the sugar, a little at a time, then continue whisking until completely blended, about 1 minute more.

3) Pour in the cream, milk, and vanilla and whisk to blend.

4) Transfer the mixture to an ice cream maker and freeze following the manufacturer’s instructions.

    아이스크림을 좋아하는 하원이와 아빠를 위해 작은 아이스크림 기계를 장만했는데 생각보다 좋네요^^. 하원아빠 오늘 아이스크림 정말 맛있었어요, 또 부탁해요~
