I am pleased to be able to offer you a Research
Assistantship in the Department of Nuclear Engineering
at NC State. You will be receiving an official letter
from me very shortly. A summary of the conditions
are as follows: stipend of US$ 1350 per month for
12 months, full tuition and health insurance paid,
research assistantship. You will be asked to respond
no later than 14 April 2001. If you expect you will
be inclined to accept the offer, I would appreciate an
