그동안 연구했던 복셀팬텀 중 KORMAN이라는 남자모델을 가지고 Medical Physics라는 외국 잡지에 투고를 했었는데 accept되었다는 답장을 받게 되었다. 이 논문이 해외저널에 처음으로 실린 논문이 되는 것이다. 사실 이전에 시도했던 논문이 없었던 것은 아니었다. 거의 1년 반동안 영국의 Radiation Protection Dosimetry라는 저널에 논문을 투고하고 또 수정하면서 평가위원들과 오래동안 옥신각신하다가 결국에는 reject되었다. 결과는 reject였지만 과정에서 수많은 교훈들을 배웠다. 하나님께서 기다리라고 하실 때 잠잠히 기다리며 묵상하는 시간이 귀하다. 올해를 시작하며 여호수아1:8-9절 말씀을 약속으로 주장하고 있다. 율법책을 내 입에서 떠나지 않게 항상 깨어서 암송하고 묵상하면 하나님께서 나머지 부분을 책임지시고 인도하신다는 약속이며 큰 힘이 된다. 올해 들어서 암송을 즐기게 되었고 말씀이 참 달다. Medical Physics 논문이 첫번째 하나님의 응답임을 확신한다.
